Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Maintain inventory of all supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are available and on hand.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances.
• Maintain professional appearance in required uniform.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis.
• Secure the maintenance shop at the close of every workday.
• Remove snow and ice as necessary.
• Handle lock-outs from evictions and respond to service requests.

Skills

Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools

Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical

Common sense understanding for instructions
