Travis Hyde Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain buildings, equipment, and grounds. Join a community‑driven team focused on tenant comfort, safety, and happy living environments.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of maintenance experience, strong organization, and the ability to work independently or in a team. This full-time role includes an on‑call rotation, with standard 40‑hour weeks and evening/weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; facility management certification encouraged.
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
• Ability to use maintenance tools safely and effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with maintenance software and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep buildings and grounds operating efficiently in collaboration with Asset/Property Managers.
• Perform general repairs across plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, and locks.
• Complete work orders promptly in the property management system.
• Conduct property walks to identify maintenance needs.
• Maintain heating, plumbing, and electrical systems and ensure safety/code compliance.
• Support on-call rotations including nights and weekends.
