Job summary

Focus Property Management is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Wisconsin. You will diagnose and fix leaks, locks, lights, heat, and related issues while keeping buildings safe and running smoothly.

You will work directly with residents, coordinate with teammates and vendors, and rotate on-call to respond quickly and earn extra pay. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift and access tight spaces are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in general maintenance or mechanical work.
• Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift, climb, and access tight spaces.
• Excellent customer service mindset when interacting with residents.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and solving leaks, locks, lights, heat, the classics.
• Keeping buildings sharp, safe, and running right.
