Job summary

Royal American Companies is seeking an Entry-Level Maintenance Technician for The Dwellings in Tallahassee, FL. This full-time role (30+ hours/week) expects maintenance of property facilities under supervision, with a focus on safety and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Practice OSHA standards and company safety policy.
• Complete a hazard assessment before beginning any task.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on all equipment according to manufacturers’ recommendations.
• Keep records of preventive maintenance, work orders and inspections.
• Assist with custodial work and grounds maintenance as needed.
• Communicate with supervisor regularly about property conditions and incidents.
