Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC systems, electrical, and plumbing repairs.
• Skills in appliance repair and carpentry.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as climbing, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair apartment units, ensuring quality.
• Ensure physical integrity of the property with grounds upkeep.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with unit turnovers, minor repairs, and painting.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergencies.
• Support HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.
• Perform additional management-assigned tasks.
