Job summary

CCI is a nationwide full-service real estate platform focused on acquisition, asset management, property management, and development. Our current property portfolio consists of around 8,000 apartments and townhomes, with a focus on providing affordable housing for seniors and persons with disabilities.

We also own and manage a diverse and growing portfolio of other real estate assets covering traditional multifamily rentals, office, and light industrial uses.

Qualifications

• At least three years of maintenance technician experience
• Knowledge of basic maintenance (painting, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Computer literacy is required.
• An HVAC certificate is helpful but not required.
• A valid and current driver’s license is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of grounds, parking lots, and common areas.
• Repair minor issues in buildings and foundations, including roofs, ceilings, walls, floors, basements, and mechanical systems.
• Immediately report any health, safety, or hazardous situations to management.
• Monitor maintenance supplies and procure them when necessary.
• Utilize a range of skills including carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and more to conduct maintenance, repairs, and preventative measures.
