Job summary

CCI is a nationwide full-service real estate platform focused on acquisition, asset management, property management, and development. We are seeking a Maintenance Technician in the Kearney, NE area to maintain, repair, and clean the facility's equipment, buildings, and grounds as scheduled.

This role offers a part-time schedule (10 hours/week) with opportunities to grow within property management. The ideal candidate has solid maintenance knowledge and experience, and will report to management

Qualifications

At least three years of maintenance technician experience.
Knowledge of basic maintenance (painting, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Computer literacy is required.
An HVAC certificate is helpful but not required.
A valid and current driver’s license is required for this position.

Responsibilities

Perform daily inspections of grounds, parking lots, and common areas.
Repair minor issues in buildings and foundations, including roofs, ceilings, walls, floors, basements, and mechanical systems.
Immediately report any health, safety, or hazardous situations to management.
Monitor maintenance supplies and procure them when necessary.
Utilize a range of skills including carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and more to conduct maintenance, repairs, and preventative measures.
