Qualifications

• Technical skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general handyman work.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose and repair issues efficiently.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with residents and managers.
• Customer-service oriented with a focus on resident satisfaction.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and Repairs: Diagnosing and fixing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, doors, drywall and other building components.
• Preventative maintenance tasks: filters changes, lubrication and equipment testing.
• Responding to emergency maintenance calls after hours and on weekends/holidays.
• Resident Service: Addressing tenant service requests promptly and communicating effectively with residents.
• Project Management: Ordering necessary parts and supplies and maintaining records of work orders.
• Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols and local building codes.
