Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.
• Reliable transportation with auto insurance required.
• 1–3 years of hands-on general maintenance experience in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, painting.
• HVAC and related state certifications preferred; EPA certification status preferred.
• Intermediate maintenance trades experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, appliance repair, carpentry, landscaping, and/or pool operation.

Responsibilities

• Performing maintenance duties to maintain and enhance the value of the community.
• Repairing and improving vacant apartments for market-ready status.
• Assisting with work orders as directed by the Maintenance Manager and Community Manager.
• Working as a team with the maintenance staff and community manager to meet quality maintenance standards set by the Company.
