Qualifications

• Experience repairing apartment units and performing maintenance tasks.
• Knowledge of building systems and safety standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance.
• Basic English communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing make-ready units to Mark-Taylor standards.
• Troubleshoot and correct HVAC, appliance, electrical, plumbing, carpentry issues.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on vacant units.
• Perform daily pool care and maintain chemical balance.
• Complete minor roof repairs, re-key locks and cut keys.
• Inspect property for safety hazards and report to Facilities Manager.
• Share on-call duty and be ready to respond in uniform.
• Assist in monitoring inventory of parts and cleaning supplies.
