The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician II at the Gene Camp location to maintain safe, reliable facilities across buildings, residences, and recreation sites. This full-time role supports the district's operations and may include eligibility for an eligibility list.
You’ll perform repairs across carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and locksmithing; conduct safety inspections to codes; respond to on-site emergencies;

In this role,you’llserve asaProperty Maintenance Technician IIsupporting Metropolitan Water District’s facility operations.You’llperform preventive and corrective maintenance across Metropolitan-owned buildings, residential properties, and recreation facilities; respond to service requests and troubleshoot complex issues; and ensure all propertiesremainsafe, functional, and well-maintained. Schedule:4/10 Tuesday - Friday(6:00AM - 4:30PM).
As a regular full-time employee at a remote Desert location, you would be eligible for Desert Branch Assignment Premium:
This incentive pay will be applicable to the base pay for the normal work schedule. This incentive pay will not apply to overtime hours.
Education and Experience:High school diploma or certificate of high school equivalency and four years of relevant experience;
