MetroPlains Management, LLC is seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Technician to handle residential work orders across our properties. You will perform routine maintenance, heating, cooling, plumbing, carpentry, and related tasks to keep buildings in top condition.

You’ll work independently with strong organizational skills, lift up to 100 pounds when needed, and participate in on-call evenings and weekends on rotation. Benefits include PTO and standard company offerings.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education with 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Experience in HVAC, EPA Universal, Boilers License and/or Pool Certification preferred.
• Must have own hand tools, valid driver’s license, vehicle and insurance.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general upkeep at multiple properties.
• Ensure work is completed professionally, safely, and on time.
• Provide input on property improvements for budgeting; participate in site meetings as needed.
