Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a maintenance technician to perform routine upkeep and repairs to restore units to move-in ready condition. The role covers interior and exterior property maintenance, HVAC troubleshooting, and adherence to safety policies.

The position requires basic computer skills, at least six months of maintenance experience, and a high school diploma or GED. Tools must be provided by the candidate; on-site work and on-call duties are included.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of general maintenance and safety experience.
• Basic computer skills required to perform job functions.
• High School diploma or GED is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Uses industry-specific technology to complete repairs and replacements to restore units to move-in ready condition within company standards.
• Completes maintenance requests and upkeep, including exterior grounds and common areas, and assists with make-readies and HVAC troubleshooting.
• Identifies and reports hazardous conditions to the Community Manager and Service Manager.
• Ensures preventive maintenance programs are followed and documented per BH program guidelines.
• Maintains and secures all property-issued tools.
• Posts notices to vacate and other community communications as applicable.
• Shares on-call responsibilities and responds to requests per company standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Complies with OSHA and safety requirements and understands applicable codes and internal policies.
