Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Wood Acres MHC in Mobile, AL. This full-time role requires responding to maintenance requests, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring safety and quality across the property.

You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliances, coordinate with vendors, and provide excellent tenant service. On-call duties may apply; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to use a personal computer or other computer tracking systems used at the property.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to relate to others.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Respond to maintenance requests as directed by management.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliances.
• Schedule preventative maintenance and apartment turns.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of buildings and grounds.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants.
• Assist with scheduling and communicating with vendors and contractors.
