Job summary

Birchstone-Residential is seeking a Service Technician to perform daily and preventive maintenance across our Lawrenceville community in Georgia. You will complete repairs, assist with capital projects, and ensure code compliance while meeting make-ready timelines.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma, basic trades experience, HVAC certs, and the ability to work independently or with teammates. Valid driver's license required. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience in multi-family properties is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review service requests daily with the Service Manager.
• Complete repairs and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Ensure code compliance and safety standards.
• Support capital improvements and make-ready tasks.
• Maintain community grounds and assist in emergencies.
