Qualifications

• Must have a safe driving and work history.

Responsibilities

• Assist with keeping property safe, clean and organized.
• Perform routine maintenance under the direction of a team member.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and guests.
• Prepare vacant units/rooms for new tenants or guests.
• Assist with emergency repairs during off-hours when on-call.
