Investment Property Group is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for Camelot Estates in Bremerton, WA. The role involves hands-on maintenance of a 155-home manufactured housing community, ensuring buildings, grounds, and shared spaces meet high standards of cleanliness and safety.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in maintenance within similar communities, stands out in tool safety, irrigation, electrical and plumbing basics, and works well with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of maintenance experience in a manufactured or multi-family community.
• Interact professionally with residents, staff, and visitors.
• Knowledge and safe use of power tools and mechanical equipment.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (walking, standing, lifting, bending).
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Represent IPG in a positive and professional manner at all times.
• Perform general grounds maintenance (mowing, edging, trimming, leaf removal).
• Operate power tools and equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, blowers).
• Use a chainsaw to cut debris and large limbs.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, lawns, walkways, and parking areas.
• Inspect and maintain irrigation systems; adjust sprinklers and valves as needed.
• Address maintenance issues in the property and common areas each morning.
• Perform trash-out duties and manage debris and storage.
• Report maintenance or safety issues promptly to management.
• Assist with other tasks assigned by supervisors.
