Article Student Living is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to uphold safety, appearance, and maintenance standards at our Lawrence property. You will help maintain grounds, common areas, and curb appeal while delivering professional service to residents.

We value customer service, professional appearance, and timely maintenance responses. The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor, with compensation at $22–$23 per hour plus commission.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related maintenance or construction work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Maintenance Supervisor in ensuring a safe environment for staff and residents.
• Resolve issues that may arise in the community of the building and property.
• Provide suggestions for opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• On-call during certain times of the month.
