You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of $17 plus commission, with comprehensive benefits and paid time off.

• 1+ years of related maintenance or construction work experience.
• Customer service focused.

Responsibilities

• Support the Maintenance Supervisor in ensuring a safe environment for staff and residents.
• Resolve issues that may arise in the community of the building and property.
• Provide suggestions for opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• On-call during certain times of the month.
