Job summary

CONTEMPORARY MANAGEMENT CONCEPTS LLLP is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the community’s safety, cleanliness, and appearance. Under supervision, you will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and manage inventory for buildings, grounds, and amenities, using hand and power tools and following OSHA safety guidelines.

You will service electrical, plumbing, and appliance systems, prepare vacant units, maintain pool facilities, logs, and inventory, and respond to resident requests

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Experience with electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Proficient with hand and power tools and safety protocols (OSHA).
• EPA certification highly recommended.
• Pre-placement medical disposition required.
• Drug screening will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs for buildings, grounds, amenities.
• Establish and implement a preventative maintenance program (HVAC filters, golf carts).
• Maintain pool, logs, chemical logs, and mold logs for safety and cleanliness.
• Repair appliances in units (water heaters, stoves, refrigerators, microwaves, dishwashers, washers, dryers, disposals).
• Complete service requests within 24 hours.
• Repair fixtures and rekey locks during turnover.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance parts and supplies.
• Communicate with residents about maintenance requests.
• Assist in prepping vacant units for move-in.
