Job summary

AvantStay is seeking an experienced Maintenance Agent to ensure property maintenance meets company standards and legal requirements. You will troubleshoot issues, repair components, and perform general home improvements across AvantStay properties.

The role requires inspecting properties for safety and coordinating with contractors as needed, with a minimum 2–3 years of experience and a valid driver’s license and insurance.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in property maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with local hospitality & maintenance teams to complete maintenance requests.
• Repair furniture, unclog drains, paint, and replace broken items.
• Prioritize and resolve maintenance issues for guest arrival homes.
• Document all maintenance and billing details in the task management system.
• Maintain organization and upkeep of supplies in storage (tools, furniture, lamps, space heaters, fans).
• Assist in onboarding new properties with maintenance/touchups and install basic security components (doorbells, cameras).
• Move heavy objects and be on your feet for prolonged periods.
