A leading property management company in California is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure effective operation and maintenance of properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in property maintenance and be skilled in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. This role offers competitive compensation ranging from $24 to $27 per hour along with various benefits including healthcare, 401K, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.

Responsabilités

• Take responsibility for the daily repair and upkeep of the property and prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Maintain and keep an inventory of all supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Be available to work on an on‑call basis.

Connaissances

Ability to operate various hand tools, including power tools

Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
