Job summary

Vassar & Company Properties LLC. is seeking experienced Janitorial Services Technicians to support our commercial properties across the Tampa Bay area. This is a 1099 contractor role with flexible, appointment-based scheduling and assignments based on recurring service needs and one-time jobs.

You will perform routine cleaning, maintain sanitation in offices and retail spaces, and restock supplies while following checklists to ensure high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience required.
• Must bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ability to service offices, retail spaces, and common areas.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and safe chemical use.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities
