Property Maintenance Technician

Are you handy, reliable, and ready to take pride in keeping properties in top shape? Our client is hiring a Property Maintenance Technician to join their team in Sioux Falls, SD.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform general property upkeep and groundskeeping
• Handle mowing, landscaping, and exterior maintenance
• Conduct light electrical and plumbing repairs
• Communicate professionally with tenants and respond promptly to maintenance needs
• Assist with other tasks as assigned

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay: $20/hour
