As the Nashville portfolio scales, residents need someone who keeps homes ready, safe, and running well. As a Property Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the hands-on presence in the market, handling everything from post-renovation repairs and smart home troubleshooting to move-in inspections and occupied maintenance. You’re the person who makes sure a house feels like a home on day one and stays that way.

What You’ll Tackle:

• Complete minor post-renovation repairs and support make-ready and turn work, including punch lists

What You Bring:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

The Practical Stuff:

• Compensation: $50,000 to $55,000 per year
• Location: Nashville, Tennessee, with daily travel to properties in the market
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed
• Tools of the trade: computer, iPad, and standard office equipment
• Physical requirements: lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted; extended bending, walking, kneeling, and stretching; working on step and extension ladders up to 30 feet; working in confined spaces indoors and outdoors in all weather, including dusty or poorly ventilated environments
• All work is performed with safety first, and duties may evolve as the business grows
