Seeking a reliable and skilled Part-time Maintenance Professional for a well-maintained manufactured home community in Lima, OH. The ideal applicant will have experience performing mowing, landscaping, and general home maintenance. Home rehab experience is a plus. Responsibilities: • General lawn mowing and maintenance • Light construction • Trimming and edging grounds • Snow removal • General cleanup of grounds • Minor HVAC • Light electrical • Light plumbing • Light painting and carpentry • Miscellaneous general maintenance duties as assigned by the community manager • Physical demands include bending, pushing/pulling, lifting/carrying 50+ lbs • Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks • Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made Qualifications: • Stellar communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic • 2+ years of maintenance experience Compensation: $20 - $23 hourly
