Key duties include maintaining plumbing, electrical, drywall and painting work, coordinating schedules, managing tools, and ensuring health and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance including plumbing and electrical work.
• Ability to inspect and discuss issues with Property Manager.
• Experience coordinating maintenance schedules and assignments.

Responsibilities

• Performs building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, painting, and appliance repair.
• Discusses and inspects issues relative to physical condition with Property Manager.
• Coordinates maintenance schedule and assignments with Manager.
• Maintains inventory of all tools and supplies.
• Maintains site upkeep including exterior, systems, common areas, units, and health and safety standards.
• Prepares and follows Preventive Maintenance routines.
• Coordinates pest control treatments.
• Learns and carries out maintenance procedures.
• Walks the property to ensure curb appeal.
• Prepares vacant units within 7 days for occupancy.
