Wynen's is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform residential maintenance and renovations, respond to resident service requests, and maintain building systems and common areas. The role involves multi-trade repairs, proactive issue resolution, and supporting safe, efficient operations.

You will work on-site across apartment turnover tasks, troubleshoot issues, and assist with inventory and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience performing residential maintenance and repairs.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and maintain quality workmanship.
• Basic inventory and tool handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs across multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliances, and HVAC.
• Address resident service requests and ensure common areas remain safe and well maintained.
• Maintain and troubleshoot building systems to support efficient operations.
• Assist with managing inventory and maintaining tools/equipment.
• Participate in emergency coverage as needed to support building needs.
