Thrive Property Group in Indiana is seeking a dedicated Property Maintenance Technician to address maintenance requests, perform general repairs, and handle apartment turns between tenants. This is a 1099 contractor role and requires the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

The ideal candidate will have experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics, drywall, painting, and appliance installation, own tools, and a valid driver's license.

Formación

• Proven experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or a skilled trade.
• Own tools and reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check.
• Smartphone with camera and email access for job documentation and updates.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
