Job summary

Tharp Consulting is seeking a hands-on Handyman Technician to maintain safe, well-kept multifamily properties in Phoenix. On-site role handling resident work orders, basic repairs, and unit readiness for move-ins.

Experience with painting and HVAC tasks is a plus, and reliability in communication with residents is essential. You will troubleshoot across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance, document work in the system, respond to urgent maintenance needs, and uphold safety
