Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks throughout our apartment community. This hands-on role keeps facilities running smoothly and supports residents' quality of life.

Requirements include at least 2 years of maintenance experience, apartment maintenance exposure, and knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair work. Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work indoors and outdoors are required.
