Job summary

Integrityamc is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical integrity of the community and ensure a clean, safe living environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

You will perform maintenance tasks on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and related systems, complete work orders promptly, and keep records of maintenance activities. The role requires weekend availability and strict safety practices.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma or GED is required.
• Three years of property maintenance experience.
• Ability to work weekends and pass background/drug test.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical integrity of the community and ensure a clean, well-maintained living environment.
• Perform routine maintenance on electrical, plumbing, A/C/heating systems, appliances, and related facilities.
• Complete work orders within 24 hours when possible and document preventative maintenance and inventories.
• Assist in keeping grounds neat, safe, and free of hazards; use PPE at all times.
