LyvWell Apartments in San Francisco is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our apartment community. You will perform HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical and machinery upkeep to keep units and common areas in top condition, while delivering responsive service to residents.

This role requires 1–2 years in commercial or multi-unit property, HS diploma, and possibly HVAC/electrical/plumbing certifications.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of required experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 3–4 years of experience can offset minimum educational requirements.
• Preferred certifications include HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing.
• Valid driver’s license may be required depending on property needs.
• Must communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• HVAC: repairs, cleans, replaces components as needed.
• Plumbing: repairs, replace parts, installations (sinks, toilets, faucets).
• Carpentry: repairs and installs doors, shelves, countertops, locks.
• Painting: drywall/plaster repairs and painting.
• Electrical/Appliance: lighting, wiring, switches, outlets.
• Machinery: repair and maintain chillers, belts, pumps, fans.
