Job summary
Horizon Realty Advisors is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our property maintenance team and keep our communities safe, functional, and well-maintained. You will handle service requests, perform general repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry), conduct unit inspections, and assist with preventive maintenance and capital improvements across properties.
Qualifications include a HS diploma or GED, 1–2 years in property maintenance, and valid driver's license; EPA/HVAC/CPO
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1–2 years of property maintenance experience.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general building systems.
- EPA, HVAC I/II, and CPO certifications preferred.
- Valid driver's license with good driving record.
Responsibilities
- Complete resident service requests in a timely manner.
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and other building systems.
- Conduct unit inspections for move-in readiness and make-ready processes.
- Assist with preventative maintenance and capital improvements as assigned.
- Regularly inspect grounds and community areas for safety and cleanliness.
