Pickering & Company, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician to manage daily upkeep of our Greer, SC community, ensuring grounds, amenities, and homes are clean and in good-working order.

You will handle service requests, perform routine inspections, and assist with move-ins/move-outs to meet resident expectations. The role requires on-site work, ability to handle multiple tasks, and professional communication with residents and team members.

Formación

• Must be physically capable of lifting and climbing as needed.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record required.
• Strong communication with residents and team members.
• Able to diagnose and address maintenance issues efficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain property grounds, amenities, and homes in good condition.
• Complete service requests promptly and accurately.
• Assist with move-out and pre-move in inspections.
• Turn property for new residents and keep make-ready status current.
• Manage inventory and assist supervisor with logs and inspections.
• Coordinate with vendors and follow safety guidelines.
• Be on-call for emergencies and maintain curb appeal.
• Operate basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical tasks as needed.
• Communicate with residents professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure keys are tracked and security procedures followed.
