Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain outdoor areas and support the maintenance team on-site in Greenville, SC. The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork and strong customer service when interacting with residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Some experience in groundskeeping, caretaking or janitorial.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to assist with after-hours maintenance emergencies as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and climb stairs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Keep property, management office and landscaping clean by inspecting each morning and picking up trash.
• Keep mail rooms clean and replace dated notices as needed.
• Replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways.
• Replace window screens on first floor upon request.
• Assist with apartment make-readies: trash vacants, caulking, appliances and detectors checks.
• Clean air conditioning vents and replace filters in vacant apartments.
• Install, move and hook up appliances.
• Replace air filters in occupied apartments as scheduled.
• Clean pool area and straighten chairs.
• Perform light painting duties as directed.
• Clean vacant apartments between residents.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor or Technician as requested.
