Fitch Irick Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our property management team in the Southeast. You will perform day-to-day upkeep, respond to maintenance requests, and ensure grounds, buildings, and amenities meet Fitch Irick standards.

Responsibilities include completing preventive maintenance, turnovers, safety logging, and accurate reporting of incidents. Strong teamwork and reliability are essential to keep our communities well-maintained and compliant with regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA/CFC certification preferred.
• Experience: None required.
• Valid Drivers License required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, clean, and maintain property grounds, buildings and amenities.
• Schedule and complete all preventative maintenance programs.
• Observe all safety rules and report incidents with proper documentation.
• Complete unit turnovers and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
