Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure indoor/outdoor community spaces meet safety, cleanliness, and functional standards. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and uphold Greystar policies.

You'll handle make-ready inspections, coordinate with vendors, manage tools and supplies, and participate in safety meetings while delivering courteous service to residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Own hand tools and safe use of hand/power tools required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders and perform repairs per safety standards.
• Manage make-ready process for vacant units and schedule vendors.
• Maintain grounds, exteriors, and common areas to Greystar standards.
• Inspect work by contractors and ensure quality and compliance.
• Assist with budgeting and cost-control initiatives.
