Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking an engaged Maintenance professional for our Oklahoma City properties. The role focuses on delivering excellent resident service while performing maintenance tasks and maintaining property systems.

Ideal candidates have repair experience, a mindset toward supervisory growth, and valid EPA/CPO certification. A valid Driver's License and willingness to respond promptly to requests are required. Join a culture that supports growth and recognition.

Qualifications

• Must have EPA or CPO certification.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Experience with apartment maintenance; supervisory exposure is a plus.
• Experience with pool, grounds, appliances is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property and deliver great resident service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Provide supervisory guidance or be developing toward a supervisory role.
• Respond promptly to resident service requests.
• Assist with preventative maintenance: pool, exterior lighting, filters, and inspections.
• Maintain clean work areas and inventory supplies and equipment.
