Live Bryten is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Union Hills Estates in Glendale, AZ. The role leads the maintenance team, coordinates preventive maintenance, and ensures safe, well-kept properties for residents and guests.

You will oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks, manage work orders, and maintain records. Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service focus are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training a plus.
• HVAC and/or trade certifications required.
• 3+ years building/facilities maintenance with supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and schedule maintenance team; ensure safety, accountability, and customer service.
• Coordinate service requests, preventive maintenance, and repairs; ensure timely completion.
• Oversee make-ready operations and ensure vacant units are ready for occupancy.
