Responsibilities include scheduling tasks, interviewing and training staff, coordinating vendor work, ensuring safety standards, and maintaining inventory. Qualifications

• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and schedule daily maintenance tasks including preparing vacant units for occupancy and preventative maintenance.
• Assist with interviewing, screening, and recommending for service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds personnel.
• Assist in training of service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds personnel.
• Maintain MSDS sheets and replacement logs.
• Ensure OSHA standards and safety policies are followed at all times.
• Handle lock-outs due to evictions and respond to service requests 24/7.
• Schedule and supervise vendor work.
