Job summary

Live AMC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Tennessee to oversee the maintenance team and ensure property upkeep, including repairs and daily maintenance tasks. Candidates should have knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, as well as supervisory experience. Full-time compensation ranges from $36.00 to $39.00 per hour with benefits including 401K matching, health coverage, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and schedule daily maintenance tasks including preparing vacant units for occupancy.
• Train service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds personnel.
• Ensure OSHA standards and company safety policies are complied with.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
