Responsibilities

• Perform and schedule daily maintenance tasks including preparing vacant units for occupancy.
• Assist with interviewing and training maintenance team members.
• Maintain MSDS sheets and tools.
• Ensure OSHA standards are complied with.
• Handle all lock-outs and maintain 24-hour service response.

Skills

Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical

Self-motivated with attention to detail

Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools

Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts

Property maintenance/handyman experience

Supervisory experience preferred
