Pegasus Residential, LLC in Safety Harbor, FL is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to own the property's maintenance program and deliver exceptional resident service.

You will supervise maintenance tasks, coordinate service requests, and participate in preventative maintenance including pool, exterior lighting, inspections, and appliance care. A valid driver’s license is required, EPA or CPO certification is a plus, and strong communication helps you thrive in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience or desire to be in a supervisory role.
• Must have valid Driver’s License.
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance including pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.

Responsabilités

• Own your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
• Complete resident and property service requests
• Participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections
• Clean work area, tools and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
