Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• EPA Certification required.
• CPO Certification preferred.
• CAMT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train service, housekeeping/custodial or grounds staff.
• Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work.
• Ensure OSHA standards and safety policies are followed at all times.
• Respond to service requests within 24 hours.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain replacement log for carpet, vinyl, appliances, condensing units, etc.
• Maintain MSDS sheets.
• Handle lock outs due to evictions.
• Maintain all vehicles and machinery owned by the property.
• Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving issues.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

EPA Certification

CPO Certification

Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) preferred
