Job summary

Apartment-Management-Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at our California properties. You will oversee daily upkeep, coordinate preventative maintenance, and ensure safety policies are followed.

The role requires knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, strong supervisory skills, and a hands-on approach. On-site, full-time with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge required.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform daily maintenance tasks including preparing vacant units.
• Assist with interviewing and screening maintenance/housekeeping/custodial/grounds staff.
• Assist in training all service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds personnel.
• Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure OSHA safety compliance and respond to urgent service requests.
