Job summary

Pegasus Residential seeks a Maintenance Supervisor in the Orlando, FL area. You will lead property maintenance efforts, ensure timely service requests are completed for residents, and supervise maintenance tasks across HVAC, plumbing, pool, carpentry and more. A positive demeanor and teamwork are essential.

Qualified candidates will have experience in supervisory roles and a valid driver’s license. EPA or CPO certification is a plus, and a company-supported benefits program is provided.

• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor.
