Pegasus Residential in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service our property and residents. You’ll own your role, respond to work orders, and contribute to an excellent living environment.

Ideal candidates have hands-on skills in HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall and related trades, plus a valid driver’s license. EPA or CPO certification is a plus and a commitment to a positive, professional attitude.

Qualifications

• Own your role at the property and serve residents with great customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Willingness to learn HVAC, painting, plumbing, drywall and related trades.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude and demeanor.
• EPA or CPO certification a plus.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Own and perform property maintenance tasks and respond to service requests.
• Complete resident and property service orders efficiently and safely.
• Gain and apply skills in HVAC, painting, plumbing, drywall and related trades.
• Assist with pool maintenance and grounds as needed.
• Maintain professional conduct and customer-focused service.
