Job summary

Kittle Property Group seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for Compass Pointe in Pueblo, Colorado. The role oversees daily maintenance, groundskeeping, and staff to ensure property curb appeal and operational readiness.

Responsibilities include supervising contractors, maintaining records, managing preventative maintenance, and providing after-hours resident support. Strong focus on budget adherence and safety in a brand-new property environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC/EPA Certification preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions and simple correspondence.
• Basic math, percentage and graph interpretation skills.
• Basic computer skills, MS Outlook familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance expenses and ensure they stay below budget.
• Inspect community grounds each morning.
• Perform unit turns including painting, cleaning and maintenance of vacant units.
• Complete maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain landscaping, snow removal, and general curb appeal.
• Supervise contractors and coordinate with site operations.
• Provide emergency resident support after office hours.
