Job summary

Kittle Property Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for Compass Pointe, our brand-new property in Pueblo, Colorado. The role oversees maintenance, customer service, and professional conduct across the community.

The wage is $20.43 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401k, PTO, and holidays. Applicants should have basic maintenance skills and a year of experience.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
• Able to read, write, speak, and follow instructions.
• Basic math and computer skills (Outlook/Word).

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance expenses and keep below budget.
• Inspect community grounds each morning.
• Perform turn for vacant units (paint, clean, maintain).
• Complete all maintenance requests promptly.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Perform preventative maintenance activities.
• Maintain landscaping, bushes, trees and lawn.
• Snow removal of sidewalks.
• Maintain weather/snow removal logs.
• Document maintenance in units and site.
• Maintain tools, equipment and parts; bring your own tools.
• Sweep and maintain common areas.
• Supervise contractors on site.
• Provide emergency resident support after hours.
• Maintain records for preventative maintenance.
• Service and maintain common amenities.
• Other duties as assigned.
